Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective 17 October 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Rakesh B (“we”, “us”), the developer of FreqCut. By downloading or using FreqCut you agree to them. FreqCut is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), supplemented by these terms. If they conflict, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use FreqCut on iPhones you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except where the law allows.

3. FreqCut Pro subscriptions

  • FreqCut is free to use with all editing features; free exports include a watermark.
  • FreqCut Pro removes the watermark or lets you use a custom mark. It does not add other features.
  • FreqCut Pro is offered as an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The price is shown in your local currency in the App Store before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Any unused part of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you edit and share. You must not use FreqCut to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes others’ rights, harasses, exploits minors, or violates the terms of the platforms you share to.

5. Your content and music

You keep all rights to your content. We claim no ownership and do not receive it. You are responsible for having the rights to any music, video or images you use. Many songs require a licence to publish, even in short videos.

6. Our intellectual property

FreqCut, the FreqCut name, the seven-bar logo, and the app’s design and code belong to Rakesh B.

7. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, FreqCut is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Beat detection is automatic and may not always match your expectations. Keep backups of important media.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for FreqCut in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Termination

Your licence ends if you breach these terms. You may stop using FreqCut at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore (Bengaluru), Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for FreqCut or its content, maintenance, support or warranty. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes here. Questions: freqcut.app@gmail.com
